On Monday, Kristen Stewart was hard at work on the Los Angeles set of her fiancée Dylan Meyer's feature directorial debut The Wrong Girls.

Compared to her off-screen grunge style, the 34-year-old Oscar nominee looked surprisingly polished in a chic black jacket, matching mini-skirt, dark stockings, and lace-up boots selected by costume designer Heidi Bivens.

Hair department head Vanessa Price coiffed Kristen's newly platinum-blonde locks into a fringe-fronted ponytail so she could better embody her stoner character Frankie in the mistaken identity Neon drama.

The 37-year-old nepo-baby of Oscar-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Meyer spent '13 years' honing the script for The Wrong Girls - which also features Alia Shawkat, Seth Rogen, Kumail Nanjiani, LaKeith Stanfield, and Tony Hale.

'If I couldn't share with [Dylan] and make with her and collaborate with her I would do it with other people and we wouldn't be as close,' Stewart confessed on The Late Show last year.

Last year, the inseparable couple co-founded a production company called Nevermind Pictures with Maggie Mclean, and they wrapped Kristen's feature directorial debut, The Chronology of Water, in Latvia last June.

Stewart's big-screen adaptation of Lidia Yuknavitch's 2011 memoir will star Imogen Poots, Thora Birch, Jim Belushi, and Tom Sturridge.

The Love Me actress was said to have originally met Meyer in 2013 on the set of a film (most likely Camp X-Ray), and they announced their engagement on The Howard Stern Show in November 2021 after two years of dating.

Kristen will next portray Michael Cera's onscreen pregnant wife Rosie in her ex-boyfriend Michael Angarano's critically-acclaimed road trip comedy Sacramento hitting US theaters on April 11.

Stewart originally met the 37-year-old Emmy-nominated actor while co-starring in Jessica Sharzer's high school drama Speak, and they dated for six years until 2009 when she moved on with her Twilight leading man Robert Pattinson.
