WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. Each upgrade also boosts the random substatus.

Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as useful for those with higher variance due to the requirement to roll an exact version.
